Our Team

Pete is our General Manager and Vice President. He first started working with the company as a dispatcher. He returned after realizing he couldn't be without us and became the Manager. Now we don't know what we would do without him. Pete has two grown children. When Pete isn't working for us,  he can often be found playing softball.

Mike is our Block Plant Manager. He started with us in 2019. Mike is responsible for leading our production team, oversees all operations of the block plant and manufacturing of materials. Mike enjoys spending time with his family, fishing and hunting.

Shane is our Dispatcher in Ready Mix. He has been in the concrete industry since 1999! Shane started as a ready mix driver and is now accountable for scheduling, communicating work orders to ready mix drivers, controls flow of equipment and works closely with contractors to ensure that operations and projects are completed in a timely manner.

Ben is our Plant Maintenance Manager. He started off in ready mix, moved to block delivery and now takes care of all fleet and heavy equipment maintenance. He is our go-to guy and makes sure our plant stays up and running! Ben enjoys building cars, riding his motorcycle and is an avid fisherman.

Denise is our Office Administrator and part time Sales team member. She has been in the concrete industry for 6+ years and has a passion for customer satisfaction. Denise has 2 children and 2 grandchildren on the way!

 Andréa is our Administrative Assistant, Credit Account Manager and Sales team member. She is the first smiling face you will see if you visit our office. Andréa also takes care of our block delivery and works closely with our builders and subcontractors.
